At Kidscape we believe orientation is an important process where educators are able to gain important information about your child’s needs and your family.
This process helps to make the transition from home to the Education and Care Service as smooth as possible with the aim to maintain continuity between home and the Service, which helps your child adjust to the new setting.
After your child is enrolled at the service we will invite the family for orientation days at their convenience. We will schedule different times of the day so your child can experience different parts of the centre routine for example – group time, meal times, outdoor play etc.
